Good charm, delivery a bit slow

I ordered a Murano Glass Charm for my wife's birthday. The charm itself is lovely, very pretty colors, and it fits her bracelet perfectly. Shipping took about 6 days to Giza, which felt a little long. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the tracking though. Overall a positive experience, but faster shipping would be a plus.

Pandora is real sterling silver and usually more customizable with charms. Swarovski is more about crystals. Different vibes, both good quality for what they are.

I own pieces from both. Pandora is more about building your story with charms and the silver is nice. Swarovski is more sparkly and fashion jewelry focused. Depends on what she likes, but Pandora feels a bit more 'heirloom' maybe.
